Pine Grove Cottages in LG Village - 2BR, ADK Style

We offer 10 cottages most w/rustic knotty pine and cathedral ceilings, all with new beds and baths. This listing describes our three 2BR cottages with kids' sleeping lofts (#8-#9-#10). (The lofts are NOT full rooms: low ceilings make them suited for kids 4-12.) 4 blocks to Canada St food, rides, fun. Big pool, BBQ grills, stocked kitchens, campfire pits-- and fresh mountain air! Tons of family fun at Pine Grove Cottages. Cottages 8-9-10 feature 2BR w/sleeping loft. They have a cathedral ceiling in knotty pine in the living room, which opens up to the loft (best for kids 4-12). Two equal-size BRs each w/queen bed, modern bath w/shower (no tub), and updated rustic kitchen w/built-in cabinets, full-size stove & fridge. Note that the calendar reflects availability for JUST ONE of these 3 cottages, so call or write for up-to-date info. We have ten cottages surrounding our house in the center, so you can choose to mingle with us and other guests on the grounds, at the pool or one of two campfire pits. Plus we're an easy 10-minute walk to Canada St and the shops, restaurants, arcades, fireworks and boat rides in the center of town. We live on-site and are generally around to help you acclimate, provide directions, address any problems. Call or knock, we're happy to help. We are tucked in the residential neighborhood east of Canada St, an easy walk to the activities. These are "housekeeping cottages," which means it's your own home during your stay -- so no daily maid service, and we don't provide towels or personal toiletries. Kitchens are fully equipped, and we can lend less-common items (stew pot, cast iron skillet, baking pans) if you plan to get more ambitious. Campfire wood is available locally; we're happy to direct you to find what you need. No A/C. Why not? We don't find it necessary: our cottages are shaded during the day, when usual temps are 70s-80s, and typical summer night temps drop into the 60s or even 50s. We do provide fans to move the cooler night air through. If you have a medical condition that requires air conditioning, we recommend you book elsewhere.
