Center location close to many restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. Playground for kids around the corner. Wifi connected with 2 TVS. All linens included (sheets, towels) and kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including pots, pans, dishes & utensils. Paper goods provided. This condo has 8 rooms - kitchen, 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms (one with single-sized pull-out couch), diningroom, livingroom & sunroom. Basement has washer/dryer. Farmer's porch, outdoor fenced-in patio w/grill for your use. You will have the entire condo for yourself. You will enter via a lockbox. I am always available via text/phone or in person! If you speak another language, and need a translation, please let me know! This is a quiet, safe and family-friendly neighborhood. Arlington center, just a short walk down the street has tons of great restaurants. Harvard Square is a short distance away and its easy ride into Logan Airport. There is a T-bus stop right up the street (5 min walk) that will take you to Alewife Subway Station in just a few minutes. The subway goes all the way into Boston. Very easy. Short bus ride to Harvard Square, Tufts, MIT. Historic Lexington is abutting Arlington (great tourist area!) I am on the bottom floor. There is a family upstairs with an active 7-year old boy and a dog. You will hear them on occasion.
