Onset Village/Divine Beach Oasis

"ONSET VILLAGE" Our home has been decorated in a Seaside rustic design . Each room has it's own unique look. There is plenty of off street parking for up to 3 guest vehicles. There is a private gated backyard space for outdoor grilling and entertainment for rental guest, furnished, with large deck, grill, tables, seating, and umbrella. With only a 5 minute walk to Onset beach, park, and restaurants in Onset Village this home is perfect for families and friends to enjoy the Cape Cod area. There will be complimentary coffee, tea, cable TV, wifi and sometimes I will leave a special gift for my guest. You will find that there is a lot of space to separate yourself from other for privacy or rest. 4 bedrooms (1st fl bedroom can be converted to king bed or 2 twins by request only) kitchen and dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, living room, 3 bedrooms ( Master queen bed, den/bedroom w/futon and bedroom with twin on the second floor. A very large parking lot for parking only, back deck and yard for grilling and outdoor living space. There is an additional free parking lot at the corner of the street. This does not include the basement, which is strictly Management space.. I will personally maintain the property and be available for any needs or will always have someone in place if I am out of town. There is a house keeping manual that will be on the kitchen counter on where to find anything you may need and phone numbers to reach me and my secondary contact. The home has a security system that may be used if you choose and a keypad lock, that you will get a personal key code for your entry. Onset Beach, Onset village, Phantom Gourmets mentioned Marc Anthony's Pizza shop, Quahog Republic, Stash's waterfront pizza and seafood restaurant. Onset Village host many events and activities such as, Cape Canal ferry tours, fireworks, Blues festival, live music on Wednesday nights, Cape Verdean Festival and more. If your driving you are near Buzzards Bay, restaurants famous Lobster Pot and Water Wizz amusement park. Staying at this property in walking distance of so much, unless your are looking to explore Cape Cod just over the Bourne Bridge or take a scenic ride along the Cape Canal, this is the perfect location. House keeping Please treat our home as if it was your home. Please don't leave any dirty dishes or trash around the property. Please dispose of trash in trash bins. There will be towels, sheets and other necessities already in the home. I will do laundry for the linen, towels, dusting and other cleaning will done by housekeeping.
