This property is located in Aruba Vacation Park, a gated community in the heart of Aruba. In approximately 10 minutes drive you will be at the downtown area and a 15 minute drive will bring you to the hotel area . The airport is about 5 minute drive. The park is connected to Aruba's Water Park. The park is nice and quiet and great for power walks and jogging! There is one community pool at the entrance of the park. This lovely house is very cozy and suitable for families as it features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is an open space to the living room with pull out couch. All rooms, including living / kitchen area have A/C. The house also has WiFi and cable TV for your entertainment. There is a nice outdoor patio area to enjoy the trade winds and the magnificent view of the Hooiberg. Tourism tax and room tax are not included in the rental price. These taxes are mandatory by law and are due (in cash) upon check-in. Important!
