Walking distance to Virginia Tech campus and convenient to downtown Blacksburg! Cute house in Airport Acres! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with fenced yard and screened porch. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. House is convenient and within walking distance (about 20 min. walk/5 min drive) to Lane Stadium, Virginia Tech campus, and downtown Blacksburg! 5 minute walk to the Huckleberry Trail-a great running/biking/walking trail. My dogs will never be at the house when I rent out-they will be traveling with me but please keep this in mind if you have dog allergies! Neighborhood is quiet and distanced from student housing, yet is conveniently located close to Virginia Tech campus (1 mile), and downtown Blacksburg (1.25 miles). Conveniently located within walking distance to Lane Stadium and the Virginia Tech Campus. Uber and Lyft ride are also available options if you don't feel like driving! There is a third bedroom that is not included in the listing and is unavailable for guest use (my personal bedroom), otherwise, guests have full access to the house. This home is my primary residence and is likely more "lived in" than dedicated rental properties.
