There is so much to do right at the home or you can explore many towns near by. With 5 bedrooms, you can spread out or bring the extended family. The home is tranquil and has something for everyone. The highlight of the bonnie brook home is the backyard. It is peaceful & quiet. 2022 New showers, toilets, faucets, lights, siding & dock! You'll enjoy every aspect of Bonnie Brook. The backyard is private and relaxing. You'll be accompanied by many different types of waterfowl from morning til night. Enjoy kayaking, boating and fishing right from the home. The neighborhood has a launch for small watercraft and there is a public launch for a larger boat just a few miles away. Included with the home are 3 single kayaks and one double. Spend some time and kayak out to the sand dune. This is an amazing trip that you can take right from the home. It’s a short distance by kayak. (this is the beach you see in the photos) Enjoy the home in the evening on a large screened in deck with plenty of furniture to enjoy dinner or relaxing. The home is an open floor plan and includes a large dining room, laundry room, 5 bedrooms (3 are connected but doors have been added), 2 1/2 baths, office and full kitchen (Keurig and perk). The bedroom layout is 3 queen, 2 twin, 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in living area. (Watch video to clarify bedroom layouts on my website) You're welcome to bring air beds for extra guests.
