Lrg Studio Apartment - walk to Taft

Welcome to my downstairs space! This clean open concept space is ready for your long term or overnight stay. This studio space is the lower level of a raised ranch house. I live upstairs with my dog and share laundry with airbnb guests. The space has a private entrance through the garage, private bath, and kitchen area in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Taft and convenient to Rts 8 & 84. Off street pkg. Whether you are interested in two nights or two months, you are welcome here! Enjoy a comfy queen bed plus a double air mattress, if needed. The kitchen has a frig, hotplate, convection oven, microwave, instapot, coffee maker and cutlery, dishes and basic utensils, etc. I'm upstairs if you need anything, else I'll leave you to enjoy your visit. No pets or smoking anywhere on the property please. Space is limited to three people maximum. There is a small TV with cable and I will provide access to WIFI, when you arrive. You can park in the driveway ( 2 cars max, please). This a perfect space for both short and longer term stays. Walking distance to Taft School, 10 min drive to Waterbury and St. Mary's Hospitals and convenient to Rts 8 & 84 & 6. You'll come and go through the garage, through a common space and into your separate lockable door. I'll provide you with your own keys for your stay. I'll greet you as I am available to help you get settled and answer any questions you may have. If I am unavailable, I will give you instructions on how to enter and make yourself at home. Inside, you will find some recommendations for restaurants, great hikes, and other things to do. I am always happy to help! I live in a pretty, friendly and quiet residential neighborhood on a quiet street. We're about 5-10 min from Rte 8 and 10 - 15 min from Rte 84. Walking distance to Taft and their track which is great for that early morning walk. Driving is the easiest way to get around. We're 10-15 min from the Waterbury train station. COVID PRECAUTIONS: I am following CDC, state and federal Rules and recommendations regarding COVID. If you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask when you’re outside of the space and on the property. If you are vaccinated, it is your choice whether or not you wear a mask.
