Las Brisas only 150 ft to Playa Hermosa Beach!

Las Brisas Condo is a easy 50 meter walk to the soft sands beaches of Playa Hermosa- a certified blue flag beach! 2000 square foot ground level condo with a large patio overlooking a practically private large salt water pool. The pool is shared with only 4 condos which are rarely all occupied. Walking distance to a dozen restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Property manager on site. Gym included at Condovac Resort next door plus additional restaurants and amenities. Only 20 min from airport! We love traveling to Costa Rica, so we invested in a condo there! We visit Costa Rica at every opportunity when we are able to get away, so we can answer many questions regarding travel there. We love that Playa Hermosa is only a short 20 minute drive from Liberia Airport. We feel very safe when visiting the area, as we often travel with our children around the country. Costa Rica is very family friendly. Our favorite restaurant is 50 meters from the condo and directly on the beach, Casita Del Mar- they serve the greatest tuna sashimi we have ever had! There are at least a dozen restaurants within walking distance from the condo and five nearby on the beach. Playa Hermosa is a great spot if you want an authentic, relaxing beach vacation, or a great jumping off point for many activities nearby. We usually rent a car because there is so much to explore within a short distance. Some examples include: Rincon de la Vieja Volcano- featuring hiking tours, thermal baths, white water rafting which is just 45 min away. Diamante Eco Adventure Park is just 15 min away, it boasts the longest zipline in Costa Rica with an amazing animal sanctuary, Arenal Volcano or Monte Verde(cloud forest) approximately 3 hrs. away. Tamarnido/ Concheal Beach is 45min-1hr away, it is known for surfing and shells. Another option is that you could walk 5 min to Playa Hermosa beach and kayak, snorkel, paddle board, build a sand castle in the salt and pepper sand, charter a local fishing boat, get a massage, and dine at one of several local restaurants on the beach. Just 5 miles away is Playa Del Coco; a busy beach town with many amenities including a large American style grocery store, casinos, tons of restaurants, bars, etc. A small, fully equipped, local grocery store is about 1/2 of a mile from the condo.
