Beachfront Property with 3 Separate Villas & 3 Separate Pools

This rental package includes all three homes. No other guests will be on the premises during your stay. Close enough to feel the breaking waves offshore and hear the sea splashing against rocks, Caballitos Del Mar is ideal for large groups of friends and family. There’s ample space for ceremonies and celebrations on the public beach out front, and picking up food and party supplies is just a quick drive down the road. The property is a 20-minute walk along the beach to the surfing, shopping, restaurants and bars of Dominical. The drive to town is less than 5 minutes. Getting to tour offices and outdoor activities is a cinch. There’s some incredible exploring nearby, including waterfalls, mangroves, hiking trails, forests and a few other off-the-charts beaches as well. Each Caballitos Del Mar villa features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and its own swimming pool. All three houses are situated just steps from the sand. There is capacity for 21 guests total, seven people for each villa. There are four beds in each house -- two queens in separate bedrooms and one full/twin combo in the same room -- and airbeds can be provided if needed. All three Caballitos Del Mar houses come with wireless internet, cable TV, a barbeque and air conditioning in each bedroom. There is a live-on couple at the property that does cleaning six days per week. Night security is also provided. The property management company, YouGetHere, can assist with many aspects of your vacation planning, including assistance with rental cars, tour reservations, and in-home chef and massage services. They’ll also be easy to contact if any issues arise during your stay.
