Luxury family apartment close to the beach!

Apartment in Barra da tijuca (Nova Ipanema) fully furnished. Situated in a Condominium, with bakery, hair salon, and communal landscape gardens. There is a vegetable and fruit stall in front of club every tuesday & saturdays. We have 24/7 security in place, making it safe for residents & guests. Guests unfortunately ARE NOT ALLOWED to use the club facilities. However they can use the ferry to cross the lagoon and go to the beach. Minimum stay is 4 nights! This is a recently renovated apartment, measuring 175 sqm, bright, well furnished, with 2 TV'S, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, big freezer, fridge, microwave, 6 ring stove, bed linen and towels provided, all cookery and cutlery included and can accommodate up to 8 people, comfortably. It is the best location in Barra da Tijuca, close to many restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets and shops. Also with the Terminal bus within 5 minutes walking distance. And across the condominium access to the BRT ( bus rapid transport) taking you to many destinations including the metro station in Barra da Tijuca. Free for "all your stay", use of the condominium bus to town and ferry to cross lagoon to access beach (5 minutes crossing). There are a small room, located in the utility area beside the kitchen, NOT available to the guests as I keep my personal belongings there. To use the Condominium bus, the ferry to the beach, a permission ticket is needed and provided by the hostess. The use of the ferry boat and the condominium bus is complimentary for the entire period of your stay providing you have your invitation ticket with you at all times! Also to enter the condominium by foot you will need to carry with you your permission/ invitation ticket at all times to prove you are a guest in the condominium! There will be a person representing the owner of the apartment. This apartment rent DOES NOT OFFER MAID SERVICE, except the usual cleaning before and after the guest checks-out. However if the guest requires, we can try to get some help during their stay, but this is not a guarantee. This complex is safe, with security at the front of the complex and at the back. The public gardens are very beautiful and well kept. The shopping center with cinemas, boutiques, pharmacies, food area etc are only 10 minutes walk from the condominium. The beach is about a 30 minute walk or alternatively you can use the ferry to cross the lagoon between Nova Ipanema and the beach. The ferry is exclusive for guests and residents and therefore you must present permission in order to use this service. There is a condominium bus to all guests staying in the apartment free of charge. This bus operates Monday to Friday from Nova Ipanema to Ipanema/Copacabana/Botafogo. There is a timetable available in the apartment. Outside the complex, there is a terminal bus 5 minutes walking distance, with buses going to various destinations in Rio. Also there is a metro station about 15 minutes on the bus from the condominium bus stop. The metro goes all the way to Rio city centre. There is information in the apartment regarding the use of appliances and other useful information. The daily rate for this apartment is R$ 500 for low season and R$ 700 for high season (summer holidays, Carnival, Holy week, Christmas, New Year and special events in the Country/Town).
