The entire, approx. 3-acre complex is walled/gated and tastefully landscaped. The location of "Alegria" within the complex is such that it provides absolute privacy anywhere inside the apartment and on the large, stone-tiled covered private terrace. The property is about 200 m from the entrance to the Casa de Dom Inacio. The apartment is accessible via a driveway with a downgrade of about 6 m from street level. Although the apartment is fully wheelchair accessible, this relatively steep driveway is impractical for a not motorized wheelchair.
