Authentic Nicaraguan home Welcomes you. We will be your hosts in our casa Located on the second floor of a family home overlooking the mountains of Matagalpa. With a private entrance. This is a cozy family place. We are modest with lots of love. a 2 bedrooms apartment. It has a small lounge with a great view and a kitchen with a fridge and stove. The entire second floor is private to be share only with other guests. Drinking water is available. fully served. You are helping our poor mother. The place has 2 bedrooms that share a kitchen and lounge. You will be renting one of the bedrooms. The kitchen and lounge is just for guests Very clean and nicely outfitted. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. We are in a hill so if you have walking issues let us know. Good wifi. No on-site parking but parking can be arranged $ Great place to stay. Private kitchen and a living room all to be shared among guesses only and located in the same second level. There is wifi available and a phone number to call for free to USA, CANADA and PR. Please request it before using it. This is a beautiful traditional Nicaraguan family , you can for sure intereact with Chica, the owner ( my mother) , Eddy my brother ( knows a bit of English) and will be in charge Perk: Every day around 2-3 pm there is a lady who sells fresh home made bread. Try It. We are 5 mins walk from downtown and all major attractions are walking distance. Eddy can guide you around for a tip. At the end of your stay and if you were good you may be allowed to leave a sign on our "Wall of Friends" with your names and place of origen , so be ready to bring one. iIt is a middle class neighborhood, very close, very friendly and we know each other for years and years , seconds and third generations already living there. good place to practice your spanish. In Matagalpa, one word WALKING! and it is all walking distance. Enjoy, the best way is to walk and enjoy the cafes around and local food. Beautiful view of the mountains and you will have the perk of meeting Maya or Toby ( two Labradors, black ) . it will be supervised by Eddy . He can also walk you to about all the mountains surrounding this beautiful city, where i grow up and where we use to play as kids, dogs wont go on hikes, Eddy can be your guide for a $
