VERY SPACEOUS & VERY PRIVATE 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - located at the South West coast of Anguilla - only a 5 min. car ride to RENDEZVOUS BAY BEACH - perfectly suits couples, families or a group of friends who are travelling on a budget. The spacious (1300 sq ft) and tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor of a three-story private home consists of 3 bed-rooms (1 is a master-bedroom en-suite), 2 bathrooms, 1 large kitchen and a separate living and dining room. The bedrooms are air conditioned and can hold up to 6 people in 3 Queen Size beds. (An additional air-bed can be added if required). The kitchen is fully equipped and a washing machine is also available for your convenience. A spacious porch with tables and lounge-chairs invites you to relax, read a book, enjoy your meals outside, your sunset cocktail or simply watching the stars and get away from it all. This apartment is totaly independant and not shared with anyone. Your German host lives upstairs of the apartment and will be happy to provide you with any necessary information or assists you with all your arrangements e.g. rental car, excursions, island/fishing tours, restaurant reservations, massages etc. She has lived on the island for more than 20 years and will make it easy and comfortable for you settling in for your personal, unforgettable “island time”. Enjoy a unique vacation on an exclusive little Island with 33 of the most beautiful white beaches in the world, crystal clear waters and warm charming people. You will enjoy and explore the island at your own pace and time. Besides its pristine beaches, Anguilla is also known for great restaurants, intimate resorts and luxury villas, but most of all for its unspoiled character which has survived the past 30 years of tourism. There are plenty activities besides swimming and beach such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, hiking, Horseback Riding, Golf, Tennis etc. You can also take a day trip with the ferry over to neighboring St. Martin/St. Maarten for shopping, zip-lining or the St. Martin Zoological Park.
