Sanitized daily! Our 1921 Craftsman is two blocks from downtown restaurants, breweries, wineries, antique stores, and galleries. Easy access to I-5 and Route 138 to Crater Lake. The second floor is exclusively for our guests with a separate entry. There are two bedrooms--Ocean and Desert Rooms--listed separately. Bedrooms share the bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. The Ocean Room has a double bed. The back patio offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Wifi and parking. Access is through a private entry and up a narrow flight of 15 stairs. At the top of the stairs is the lounge which separates the kitchen and bath from the bedrooms. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, hotplate, electric water kettle, and sink. It is fully stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Coffee and tea are provided. The comfortable lounge area has a work table, gaming station, books, and board games. Each bedroom has built-in dresser drawers, a large closet, and ceiling fan. Morgan is the live-in host. She is an artist. The main floor of the home is used for her residence and studio where she teaches classes. Learn more about classes and workshops on her website MagpieArtStudios. Matthew and Maeve are generally available to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The neighborhood is filled with historic homes and a short walk to downtown. The home is in a very walkable neighborhood with a nearby bus stop. Easily accessible from I-5 and Rt 138 to Crater Lake. With the spread of Coronavirus, we want to assure you that we are doing everything to provide a clean and sanitary environment. In addition to our thorough cleaning, all touchable surfaces are cleaned with a bleach-based sanitizer daily.
