Modern Tropix is a professionally designed and engineered residence, newly built and providing a quiet, secure, self-catering, fully appointed residence of four self-contained apartments at a moderate fare. Launched at the start of 2017 with two studios and two single-bedroom units starting at $65 per studio per night. It offers on-site laundry (as well as laundry service), sun roof-top deck, and curbside parking. All units come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans, study desk/chair area and bookcase, tv, bath & bedroom linen, kitchen appliances, utensils, and crockery. Our Units were outfitted by a professional interior decor consultant to high quality standards with Ikea furniture and fixtures to convey a high end, yet, homely feel. Besides your personal clothing and special interest gear all you need to bring along is your TSA approved ziplock bag with your personal care items. The rest is provided. Starting at $65 per studio, nightly, for two persons with an additional $20, nightly, for a third guest.
