Occupying one of the most beautiful Seaside locations on Bequia the property enjoys 360° ocean and island views which are spectacular. One Bedroom Elevated Ocean Living The upper level has a vast great room with a lounge area and well equipped open plan kitchen. The rooms are light and airy with high lofted ceilings and double width opening doors all round onto the deck. Dine alfresco on the patio beside the pool area within the privacy of the property gardens and within the heavy carved external courtyard entrance doors. The master bedroom with large private bathroom also has a private balcony and is located on the upper level. Please note that parents may find the open railing unsuitable for younger children. This upper Ocean deck can be enjoyed separately as a one bedroom rental property. The Beach deck bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The location has been carefully chosen for optimum breeze and ease of access to the beach. There are stone steps leading down from the house and a few steps across a quiet road to Crescent beach . Crown Point is a quiet residential area on Bequia, close to 2 lovely palm fringed beaches, whilst also just a 7-10 minute drive from the harbour, dive shops, island life and restaurants. Crown Point is a well respected area on the island with a quiet feel the focus is the ocean and the two bays Spring and Crescent. This villa provides the ideal location for a relaxing vacation on the beach, quiet and cool but within easy access of the main amenities and hot spots of island life on Bequia. Car rental recommended or make use of the extensive Bequia taxi network. Housekeeping twice a week included unless otherwise arranged.
