El Faro Surf House

This Surfer’s paradise is centrally located at 1.1 miles from Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) and less than 2 miles from some of Puerto Rico's best surf breaks. This house is located in one of the safest neighborhoods on the former site of Ramey Air Force Base. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a dining table that seats 6; is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke alarm. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and modern appliances, a microwave and Ninja blender (great for smoothies!). Each bedroom has new wall mounted air conditioning units. there are oversize bunk beds that provide additional sleeping space. The living room comes equipped with a 50” smart TV connected to the internet allowing access to Netflix and Amazon. Coin operated washer / dryer on property are available for use. The large backyard has an easy access clothesline and view of the ocean and lighthouse. Enjoy the relaxing ocean breezes while chilling and grilling outside.
