Gold Standard Approved Property-Velento Rentals Management We are very proud to announce the opening of our last phase at VeLento Oceanfront Rentals. VeLento has been our most successful venture to date, please read the reviews from our past guests who stayed in numbers 1 through 4, this is a very special property with the finest finishes on the island. We have built 2 new beautiful buildings overlooking our over sized pool and with partial views of the Caribbean Sea containing separate units in each building. This third floor penthouse has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors, the upstairs has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and the master bedroom is on the main level with a bathroom that can either be en suite or accessed by additional guests using the futons in the living room without disturbing the occupants of the bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. The views are wonderful, overlooking the pool you can see the ocean through the gap between buildings 1 and 2. The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a flatscreen TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. The beds all have 500 thread count sheets and each of the 3 bedrooms are set up with a King in the master bedroom while two bedrooms upstairs are set up with two single beds in each that can be converted into two King beds on request. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings. There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible! The pool is a great size and there are Loungers with padded cushions for you to relax on, the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have a beach area with 2 palapas from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!! We have a an onsite husband and wife management team onsite. We also have maintenance staff if you need anything. We rent island bikes for $5 US per day the paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
