The wildlife and nature that sorrounds this magnificent house is truly extraordinary. The place is perfect for people who wish to enjoy a sunset while relaxing in the pool, followed by a nice BBQ for dinner and then seeing the sky full of stars at night. Samara and Carrillo are less than 30 minutes away by car, so you can easily visit the beach and spend the day enjoying our beautiful pacific coasts. Once you are settled in our property, you can explore the mountains and the walking bridges. If you enjoy hiking in a private and quiet place, I am delighted to inform you that you will be able to walk around more than 200,000 square meters of land full of birds, monkeys and forest! All this inside a gated residential! You can explore everything inside the gated residential, and even more if you want to go for a walk outside on the beautiful rural areas of Costa Rica. The house is entirely yours while you are staying there, you will not be disturbed by anyone. Since you are located in a tropical dry forest, bugs and small insects are likely to appear. We do our best to clean every part of the house and kitchen appliances before your arrival. However, late arrivals might encounter mosquitoes (for example) inside the coffee maker. Just good to know information!
