TU'UMA BEACH HOUSE

"Tu'uma beach house" is an open beach house, direct access to the beach, it has a hammock area, a camping area, 3 double beds in an open space, and 1 single bed in the same space, kitchen, a bathroom, social area facing the sea, overlooking the Sierra Nevada. We have capacity for 12 people. The beach area in which we find ourselves is almost virgin. It is a place of complete rest and relaxation. The house is an open space. It has a first floor where the main entrance, a living room, kitchen and bathroom are located. Outside it has a porch with access to the beach. On the second floor there are 3 double beds with mosquito net and one single. The mattresses are semi-hard orthopedic. The parking lot is in front of the house on the street. The street is not paved, as it faces the sea. Traffic is that of residents. Currently there are small individual constructions of residential houses. The area is quiet I like to give my guests space and independence. However, I am available and close to the property in case they need me The neighborhood has a developing tourist vocation. It is a very green rural area, but close to the urban area, so you will not find restaurants or other services yet on the block. From Riohacha the best way to get there is by door-to-door services, or with your own vehicle. From Santa Marte there is public transport to Palomino. From there you can come in door-to-door services, motorcycle taxis or private vehicle The offer of restaurants or bars is very limited in the area because we are in a rural area attached to the urban area of the municipality. You can walk freely in the area, but to obtain other services it is important that you have a vehicle.
