Casa Luna is a brand new modern 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, equipped kitchen, fully equipped laundry room, A/C in both floors, private garage, and a cozy balcony area. There is a pool & covered barbecue area that is shared with Casa Sol. This house has a 50 in smart TV with wifi and cable. All small and big appliances are brand new. This is a brand new house that was completed in December 2019. All appliances are brand new, the place is super clean and we only rent to responsible families (have a complete and verified identity in Airbnb) who want the best of Playa Samara & Cangrejal in a quiet, quality environment. The pool is not fenced so children should be supervised always. The entire house is available for guest use. We have a property manager who will be welcoming you and available for any questions during your stay. There is a crew that takes care of the landscape and pool area that comes to the property every other day during the week. This modern house is located in a safe area surrounded by a mixed of longtime locals, European and North American expats living in Costa Rica. It is strategically located in an area that is quiet from the night life of Samara but within walking distance from downtown and the beautiful beaches from Samara and Cangrejal. Samara has over 50 restaurants with international culinary options such as Japanese, French, Italian and of course the traditional tico dishes. It is safe and convenient to walk to town or to the beach. If you have a rental car, parking is not a problem anywhere. There is a place in downtown that has bicycles, ATV and Razor/Polaris type options available for rent. It is recommended to fly to Liberia Airport where you can Ueber or find shuttle services that can take you to Samara as it is only 1 hour and 30 minutes away. There is a small supermarket a block away from the house and two large supermarkets within walking distance (10 mins away). The kitchen is fully equipped to have a quiet meal at home.
