Private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and deck with a shared laundry room attached to the apartment. This apartment also has a private entrance with a code, so check in or out at any time. (The laundry is locked at nights, but special arrangements can be made if needed) Feel free to use the backyard, or the nearby park and playground within walking distance. We live at the end of the road, so traffic is minimal, and there’s a beautiful park located close by. The airport and Mall of America are about 15 minutes north. The Minnesota zoo is less than 5 miles away, as well as many lakes and trails all within close proximity of the property. This is a mother-in-law suite type of apartment, so although it has it’s own entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, it is still attached to our family’s home.
