Newly built 1 bedroom 1.5 bath guest house just 5 minutes to the beautiful Solana Beach shoreline. This modern farmhouse design offers spacious comfort and all you need to have a wonderful stay. Open concept kitchen, living room, large bathroom, bedroom featuring queen bed and walk in closet. Enjoy coffee and breakfast on your private back area nestled in passion fruit vines or a candlelit dinner on the front patio at the large table surrounded by growing laurel trees. This home features a Smart TV with Netflix & Hulu, WiFi and Central AC / Air Conditioning, in unit washer & dryer. *Kitchen island and larger couch with Chaise have been added to accommodate more functional use. We hope you enjoy your stay! Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.   Supplies for the entire length of the stay are not provided.  Kitchens are stocked with dishes, drinkware, pans and cooking utensils.   Spices, oil or anything perishable are not stocked. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: The main house is occupied by a family with children. Guests may use the driveway to load / unload but should park permanently on the street. For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot as we can't control service interruptions & outages.
