Close to BSW Hospital-Waxahachie. Located 30 minutes to downtown Dallas, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and to most tourist attractions. Feed our 3 three miniature horses. Carrots furnished ! Disinfecting was always part of our cleaning program and meets CDC Guidelines. Enjoy the stars or even help feed our three miniature horses. You will need a car. Ride share companies do not service the area or are very expensive. Complete privacy is yours as you relax poolside. Beyond the pool are 60 acres of undeveloped land. It is amazingly QUIET! We furnish a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Starbucks Coffee, Desktop Cooking Burner, Outdoor Infrared Grill, Ice, Bottled Water, Plates and Bowls, Cutlery, and a Full Size Family Refrigerator. It is more kitchenette than kitchen. Toiletries provided. Of course plenty of towels both for inside and for the pool! If you need something we can get it! The Guest House is all yours! Self Check In with Keypad Lock. WIFI and Smart TV! Guests have remarked they are surprised the Guest House is larger than expected. The mini horses love our Guests. 30 Minutes to AT&T Stadium, Ft Worth, Dallas, Six Flags, Texas Rangers, Scarborough Faire, and much much more. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within six minutes. MAGNOLIA is about an hour away! The bedroom has a Queen Bed, a large dresser, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The Living Room has a full size couch and a new Sofa Bed. The Guest House is perfect for two adults and young kids. Although we can accommodate more than two adults, we want to make sure everyone understands the accommodations. Regarding cleaning fee: After every guest departs (no matter how many nights), The Guest House is completely wiped down and sanitized. Besides the basics (bathroom cleaned, clean towels, clean sheets, etc...), every surface is wiped down including door knobs, floors, keys, refrigerator, etc...
