Relaxing Coastal Portsmouth Home-short/long term

Located in the desirable downtown Portsmouth area. Easy walk to all the great restaurants/shops/ attractions Portsmouth has to offer and just a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful seacoast. Enjoy the back yard patio and front port. 1/2 finished basement, can utilize as a fitness area/playroom. Longer term stays welcomed This is a great family friendly neighborhood. My home is situated in a neighborhood with a park, walking distance to the up and coming west end. Coffee shops, Mission Fitness, HOT Yoga, Grocery stores, and more are a quick walk or bike and a very quick drive. The location is also a nice 10 minute walk to downtown waterfront Portsmouth. Quick drive to Kittery Maine (where there are outlets galore). Quick access to all the great coastal beaches. Wallis Sands beach being the closest, beautiful New Castle is a 7 minute drive and you can venture over to New Castle Beach. Check out the local cheese stores, fish markets etc.. Water country is about a 10 minute. The wonderful thing about Portsmouth NH is once here, you are so close to everything. You miss all the long traffic getting to the beaches and to downtown. If you like to surf or want to surf, head down to Summer Sessions Surf shop at Rye Beach for rentals and lessons. The house is equipped with beach supplies and also has a full size blow up mattress if needed. You will have access to the entire home the C&J bus line takes you from Logan to Portsmouth NH. About 10 minutes from my home. There is other public transportation around locally if needed, along with uber etc.. Also the City of Portsmouth has a rent a bike set up set throughout the city. So you can rent for the day via one of their on street locations. Monthly or longer stays will require a one month security deposit
