We are an approved quarantine villa, should you be required to quarantine on arrival. Our management team will meet you and arrange your second Covid test, deliver your groceries for your quarantine days and arrange transport from the airport directly to our home. Set in a small tranquil gated community, six minutes walk from the Fairmont Beach Club, this beautiful fully air-conditioned home offers the bespoke holiday in your corner of paradise. Each air conditioned bedroom has an en suite bathroom and french doors leading to a private balcony. There are ceiling fans in each room, fully fitted wardrobes and each bedroom has a hairdryer. The spacious open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen leads to a large covered dining terrace, plunge pool and tropical gardens, which offers the perfect alfresco experience. Our subtly floodlit garden is a particular feature of the villa, with our striking Traveller Palm, beautiful Bougainvillea and an array of tropical plants which attract the humming birds. Porters Gate also has a large unsupervised communal pool and Tennis Court for our guests use. We provide tennis racquets, balls and Hammam Beach Towels for use during your stay. For your added comfort the villa has an Electric Barbecue, Sonos Wifi Sound system accessing a vast music library, Terrace ceiling fans, Smart TV, Cable, Satellite, Movies,Sport and access to over 1000 International channels, DVD, Wifi and free local calls. The contemporary modern design of the villa is decorated to the highest standard, including a number of pieces by the renowned Timothy Oulton. Our aim is to ensure that your stay at our villa is as peaceful and tranquil as the island itself. We are delighted to offer our guests complimentary use of the Private Beach Club at the 5* Luxury Fairmont Royal Pavillion Hotel, on one of the best beaches in Barbados. Just a 6 minute walk from our villa, our guests have complimentary use of Sunloungers, Parasols, Bathrooms, Outdoor Shower and Changing facilities. Our exclusive membership also offers our guests discount in the other Fairmont Hotel restaurants. A wide variety of Watersports are available and supervised by qualified staff. The Beach Club food and drinks menu is amazing, full menu, sports facilities and pricing can be found at the villa and at the club itself. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and will ensure you are looked after and have the best time. We can also offer information of nearby Golf Courses and other sports facilities, including diving, snorkelling, luxury catamaran experiences and island tours. Our home is fully managed by our dedicated team who will meet you on arrival and who will be at your service during the whole of your stay. We provide a weekly complimentary housekeeping service, to include full linen and towel change plus a house clean. Should you require extra housekeeping service please enquire at time of booking or this can be easily arranged with our Property Manager and paid locally. **Please note that our team are taking every precaution during this period of Covid-19 and have amended and updated their cleaning schedule and procedures** Please note our checkin time is 4pm and our checkout time is 11 am, although we endeavour to offer a late checkout if possible dependant on bookings, please enquire at time of booking. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE - Our rental charges are fully inclusive of electricity and the 10% Government Room Tax Levy- please see more details below. A security deposit of £250.00 is taken at time of booking and will be refunded upon your arrival home, less any damages. We recommend Stoutes Car hire and can provide all contact details for you. We would also be delighted to arrange an airport pick up and drop off, with Ryan our driver, the cost would be $40 USD for 2 persons and $50 for 4 persons. There are also taxis available at the airport arrivals area and will cost $60 Barbados Dollars which is approx £25.00 The villa has parking to the front of the property and a private secluded garden to the rear. For your added comfort and security, all windows and doors are fitted with security bars. Please note that the development does not provide any form of supervision, so caution must be therefore taken at all times, especially with younger children in the pool and surrounding areas, the home owner does not accept liability. **The Barbados Revenue Authority introduced a 10% Room Tax which is paid, by us, on your behalf, this tax is included in your rental rate**
