Welcome to Sagewood Haven! This house is the perfect gathering place for large families or multiple families. Our house boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep 16. (3600sf). In the basement there is a 20 seat theater room, pool table, Foosball, and tons of toys for kids of all ages. With free WiFi and 2 Fire sticks, you can stream any of your favorite media apps. During the cold winter months, you will stay warm with a wood burning fireplace. Our spacious kitchen offers seating for 16. Panguitch is the ideal central location. There is so much outdoor recreation nearby like Bryce Canyon, Zion, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, The Grand Canyon, Panguitch Lake and so much more. Growing up in Panguitch we have found many hidden gems which you can explore, that will be included in your welcome packet. If you enjoy fishing the Sevier River is only a few miles from town. During the summer months, Panguitch has many festivals to take part in, like the Hot Air Balloon Rally, Independence Day Celebration, Quilt Walk, Pioneer Day, Garfield County Fair, Rodeos and more. During the winter months it is only a 35 mile drive to Brian Head for skiing or snowboarding. Another option is to head 24 miles to Ruby's Inn for cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and ice skating. If you head the opposite direction to Panguitch Lake which is 23 miles away you can enjoy spending time on the lake ice fishing. Each season in Panguitch brings rich outdoor opportunities. Our favorite place for Onion Rings and Shakes is Henry's Drive in, and we enjoy walking to most places in town. Because Panguitch is such a quaint town you are able to make it to most places on foot.
