A taxi will bring you from the airport of Cusco in about 10-15 minutes to the apartment. If you have a car, you can park it next to the building for free. Very central location in Cusco, next to the university. Mariscal Gamarra is a nice neighborhood in Cusco, quiet and safe. There is a playground for kids, a green area and sport fields very close to the apartment building and a supermarket at 3 minutes walking. Many restaurants and coffee places in the area. Walking down to Avenida la Cultura is only 1 or 2 minutes. Avenida la Cultura is the main road in Cusco, connecting the whole city. You will find all the buses with connections all over town and out of town there. Taxis are everywhere and will bring you in less than 10 minutes to the main plaza (plaza de armas) in Cusco for 4 or 5 soles ($1.25-$1.50). A bus (10 minutes) will cost 0.80 soles ($0.25).
