Long Lake Cottage

Long Lake Cottage is on a 10 mph lake that is a pretty peaceful spot to relax. Enjoy bonfires, kayaking, fishing, and grilling at our place. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through multiple lakes. Less than 10 minutes from Angola (Trine University, Pokagon State Park, groceries, etc.). We hope you enjoy your stay! We have a strict cancellation policy, but we will refund you 100% of your stay if you do need to cancel 14 days before your arrival. An allergen free home (no pets) with two bedroom, one bath cottage with an open floor concept in the living area that opens up to a deck stretching the length of the house (new to 2021 a covered porch over part of the deck). A charcoal grill and fire pit for your use during your stay. We will supply some charcoal and a barrel of wood for each stay. Four kayaks will be available for use upon request when you book. Your own private lake access to use and launch from while kayaking. Washer and dryer available with weekly or longer rentals. Bring your own laundry detergent. A registered 14 foot row boat and oars available for use. Several life jackets provided, but you are responsible for wearing the correct size (not all sizes available). Entire house. We will be available through Airbnb during your stay. Quiet road with only residents. Long Lake is a part of the Pigeon River chain that you can kayak along through several lakes. Pokagon State Park and Trine University in Angola is a short drive north with walking trails and activities for the whole family.
