Enjoy our recently restored home conveniently located just minutes away from the heart of downtown Lancaster. Filled with all the original character and charm you want, but updated with all the modern amenities you need! Enjoy the open floor plan, stunning exposed brick, and original hardwood floors throughout. You will be within walking distance to Lancaster's vibrant downtown scene with many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, The Fulton Theater, Central Market, and the Convention Center! The living space features tons of natural light, exposed wooden beams, stunning exposed brick, gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and original hardwood floors throughout. The residence blends the rustic vibe of historic Lancaster with modern luxury through warm reclaimed wood, brilliant whites, exposed brick, shimmering brass, and pops of color. The kitchen is equipped for cooking meals at home and features brand new appliances, cookware/dishware, natural wood butcher block island with seating, and a large farmhouse sink. The second floor hosts 3 cozy bedrooms, each featuring a brand new queen size Lucid memory foam mattress. The third-floor bedroom also is equipped with 2 new full-size Lucid mattresses. The home is equipped with high-speed internet and includes a TV with wireless access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. A fully fenced private yard offers plenty of space for outdoor entertainment or lounging. We currently don’t have seating or tables set up outside, but there are a couple of outdoor chairs located in the mudroom that you can bring outside for seating on the front, back, or side porch, as well as the sunroom located on the side of the house. Free street parking is available. Please be mindful of all parking signs posted on the street to avoid any fines. Also, please note that the home is not handicap accessible. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. The home is self check-in. You will receive a unique door code just before your check-in time. Check-in is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Please ask if you need flexible in/out times and we'll do our best to accommodate. We will be readily available via email, text, or phone if you have any questions or concerns leading up to and during your stay! The neighborhood is located in Lancaster city tucked just around the corner from The Fulton Theater on a residential street. We are walking distance to all major attractions downtown and just as easily accessible to all of Lancaster county's most popular destinations.
