Ti Kas (small house)

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom with a king size bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WiFi connection & sofa. In case of a third person, an extra bed will be provided. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighbouring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more. You will have an opportunity to be one with nature. Bamboo plants, bird song and clean fresh air. Tropical rains are also welcome since it helps maintain the lush green so abundant all around. It's also a quiet getaway from all the distractions. Tropical plants are on location,...Coconut, six varieties of Mangoes, Bananas, Avocado, Lime, Lemon, Soursop and the famous sour Orange trees among other trees (Website hidden by Airbnb) Please see pictures of entire property that are listed.. Since the gate is automatic, an electronic key will be issued to guests upon arrival, for their convenience. Amselma the housekeeper is there to make your stay comfortable with five star treatment. Persons will be available on the property 24hrs a day 7 days a week. This property is located just a few minutes drive from the capital city, Castries, with a Craft and Goods Market, and many antique buildings. The closest beach is 10 minutes away. The George Charles Airport with the Vigi beach along side it, is just 20 minutes from location with less traffic....40 minutes from the north off island were is the touristic place wit all white send beach sud off island is black send beach The three options that are available to choose from are:.....TAXIS,.......PUBLIC TRANSPORT(requires part walk & part riding the bus both ways) and.......CAR+JEEP RENTAL. Please note that we also provide car rental services to our guests. Just provide us with advance notice, and we'll have you rental ready upon your arrival.... Private parking is available to all guests. The La Toc and Vigi beach can be reached after 10 minutes driving. There's a hospital nearby where COVID-19 test can be done if YOUR country requires it for reentry.
