Kimberley Ridge 411 is a 3 bdrm loft unit (with 3 bathrooms) and is one of the largest condos at the base of the ski hill (1500 sqft). It has four real beds plus three comfortable, pull-out sofa beds. Discounted lift tickets and green fees when packaging with lodging and/or shuttles. This Kimberley getaway features a private hot tub, Shaw 150 wifi and a Netflix-enabled 55" TV with Sports Net. The back deck overlooking Mark Creek has an eight-person hot tub and new deep seating patio furniture and the front deck has a 2-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ. The next-door unit, Kimberley Ridge 410, is a mirror image and is connected with a sound-proof door through the living room. Our guests have the option for a 6 bdrm/3000 sqft condo that is absolutely incredible for large families or groups. It's VRBO listing is here - https://www.vrbo.com/571039. Please note two flights of stairs access the main entrance and a flight of stairs once you're inside the front entrance lead to the main floor. KR411 is ~ 100m to the Owl T-Bar and learning area making it incredible for families. This is a pet-friendly unit with a signed Simply Kimberley - Pet Policy agreement. A maximum of one dog is allowed, per condo and we have an additional $25 per night, pet surcharge. Tod, the owner, is a tourism professional living in Kimberley and I'm often available to meet or by phone. However, our Kimberley Ridge 411 condo is set up for contactless check-in with keyless entry (door codes are shared prior to arrival). Ski hill condos at the base of the resort. Great views of the mountain. The Kimberley Ridge complex was built in the early 2000s and is a mix of full-time owners, long-term renters and vacation rentals. Lots of parking out front and around the side of the building. The condo is up two flights of stairs (8 stairs each) into the entrance way then up another flight to the main floor. The condo has new flooring throughout the main floor and all bathrooms. KR411 is an open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings letting the natural light in through both east and west-facing windows. Simply Kimberley (Tod the owners business) has been adding locally produced art-pieces to the unit. The unit feels warm and wonderful. A mountain to town shuttle runs frequently during the winter season. Tod from Simply Kimberley (condo owner)also operates charter transportation and we have our 11-passenger and 14-passenger Executive Transit vans plus a 24-passenger bus...the perfect options for safe shuttle transportation!
