We welcome you to "The Pelican View", the beautiful views and balmy weather of our 8th floor beachfront getaway in idyllic Bahia de Caraquez! Located right on the coast of Ecuador in the province of Manabi, Bahia is a beautiful mix of modern and traditional! Our condo is a fully renovated unit. The Ensuite shower is large and complete with an ocean view!! The kitchen is a chefs dream...all the tools, appliances and space you will need. As well there are views, views and more views from every room!! Access to the pool. Secure parking if needed. We have a local property manager. His name is Carlos and he is very helpful and attentive to any questions you may have. He will greet you on your arrival and give you a full orientation of the condo and get you started on your adventure. Bahia has been designated an Eco-City and is the perfect size to allow you to walk to anything...the market provides all of the fruits, vegetables and fresh fish etc that you could need 7 days a week 365 days a year...there is a new mall on the outskirts of town with large grocery store and food court. The malecon runs right in front of our building and the beaches are endless at low tide!! La Bella Vista Bahia 2502 is truly is paradise found! The town of Bahia is a very easy walking area, but other means of transportation are readily available to you. Taxi, Pedicabs, Bus, Panga....all at very reasonable rates. My manager Ivan even has rental cars if you so choose. If you are staying for more than a few days, we can arrange to have our trusted maid do a clean. Her name is Patricia and she will charge you $15 for between a 3 to 4 hour cleaning.
