Four blocks away from the Main Street Flushing downtown. A great place for doctors who need short term stay ( like hospital rotation ) because of Flushing hospital nearby and more. An ideal place for those who want to visit Flushing for sightseeing and airport lay over guests. ( JFK &LGA. nearby). US OPEN is also a must. This place is in center of Flushing. It takes 10 minutes walking to Subway station where # 7 train is available to Mid town Manhattan for only 20 minutes. Main Street is a busy shopping street in Flushing . There are many restaurants there like Chinese, Korean Thai, Indian, Vietnamese... From my place to Main Street is just only 5 blocks away. Also a private attached bath and shower room is a big bonus for guests who need privacy! There is parking space at the side door on Franklin Ave. side. It is just $5 per day fees if guests need. Guests use side door to check in. Kitchen is located in the basement. Microwave and refrigerator are provided there expect for pans and utensils. Guests need to bring them by themselves if guests want to cook during staying. Washer and dryer are located just next room in basement also. Guests shall buy detergent or soap powder if they want to wash. I am an experienced airbandb host. I respond to you quickly by answering all questions you might have and host you in the way of hospitality. Meanwhile. I respect guests’s privacy My place is in the residential area although it is very close to downtown Flushing. It is very safe and secure. There are small inexpensive restaurants and groceries on Bowne street just one block away from my place. Location is super as I introduced before. By walking to Main Street Flushing from my place, there are bus lines, LIRR ( Long Island rail road) and #7 train subway station. For guests who drive, there are instate highway nearby such as (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and Grand Central Parkway... Guests should not make sound loudly such as turn on music in speaker. Vehicle engine should not be idling in the driveway Leave shoes outside room
