1 double apartment in a family home

The apartment accommodates 2 people of the same gender in two quite comfortable brand new beds; it has its private bathroom with shower and cabinet, toilet and bidet. Breakfast may be included if the guests want and cleaning as well at an extra cost of US$ 11 for the breakfast and US$ 20 for cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom. Guests have access to the family kitchen to prepare their own food as they can also have lunch or dinner for US$ 15. There are 3 huge shopping malls in the neighborhood with a large variety of good restaurants and snack diners. There are shops for all products one may need, several movie theaters, opera house, parks up to a 15 minute drive and the public transportation bus has a stop in front of the house and take you downtown Campinas, from where you can ride other lines to go anywhere in the city (2 million inhabitants). Campinas is just 90 km away from the capital of the State, São Paulo, and getting to São Paulo is easier than getting from some neighborhoods to others inside São Paulo. Night life is very agitated and there are pubs all over, pizza restaurants, night clubs, etc. Campinas is the place to be if you want to make new friends.
