If you book after August 1 for weekdays in August and September there is construction and there will be some noise below from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Buyer Beware! This is a wonderful place to get away and is available for longer stays. Pets are allowed but we do like to know about them. Must be able to climb steps. Pets accepted with approval. This is a two bedroom apartment that is fully yours. It is on the second floor and there is a private outside entrance. You park right by the stairs and go up. I am always available by phone, I can meet guest if they need help but happy to let them come and go with keyless entry. Viroqua is an amazing place for food, out-of-doors and unique shopping experience. Numerous opportunities for music and theatre as well. Ask, and I will send recommendations. The apartment is about 10 blocks from downtown. A nice walk in the summer a 2 minute drive in bad weather. I like to bike it, less than 5 minutes to downtown. Great start on NN for long rides in the country. The concrete is not poured for the parking space yet, but there is a gravel driveway. Concrete will be poured after the lower apartment is finished. It is a bit messy around the lower floor because of construction, but the apartment is very clean.
