The colonial style property stands in 2 acres with 40' x 20' pool and tennis court, for your exclusive use. Complimentary maid and personal laundry service. We would like to welcome you to our private, comfortable villa set in more than 2 acres of lovingly tended tropical gardens in the foothills of Nevis. Built in the colonial style, with a large swimming pool and tennis court. With stunning panoramic views across the Caribbean Sea, magical sunsets, and a fairyland of lights after dark. Available as a vacation rental by small or larger groups up to nine guests in utmost privacy. Regardless of the number of guests booked, the 2 acre property is exclusive to one party of guests at a time. There is no access to bedrooms which are not booked, stores, pump and generator rooms etc. Access to the laundry is by arrangement with our housekeeper, but keep in mind that she provides a complimentary service for personal laundry which does not require special care. Our housekeeper and our gardener are always happy to offer help and advice. A country lane leading to the internationally renown Montpelier Plantation Inn, and the Botanical Gardens will bring you to the gate house and double gates of Hill Rise House. The exclusive neighbourhood of private residences on large plots is in a perfect location, enjoying panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the dramatic slopes of Nevis Peak. There is no public transport past our house, so car rental is recommended for the duration of your stay. It takes just a few minutes to drive down to Charlestown for banks, shopping and the ferry to St. Kitts. The airport is about 25 minutes away, almost the furthest point on the island road which encircles Nevis peak. Nowhere on the island is more than half an hour. Need the beach? The golden palm fringed sands of Nevis are only a short drive away on this tiny unspoiled island. At 500 feet, it is much cooler up here, and no sand flies. There is no public transport past our house, so car rental is recommended for the duration of your stay. I am happy to give advice on airport transfers and car rental.
