Villa with pool and near beach (COVID CERTIFIED)

We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. This property is an ideal “getaway from it all" retreat for anyone seeking a true home away from home. Downstairs there is a well equipped Kitchen, Powder Room, Dining Room and Living Room. The living room leads out on to the covered patio which leads out to the garden and communal pool. The patio is set up with a table and chairs and sun loungers. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level, one with an en suite bathroom. There is a bathroom for the second bedroom guests to use. The Neighborhood You are able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants from this property but it is located in a quiet area of Rodney Bay. Getting Around A hire car won't be necessary unless you are going to adventure further afield and experience what the island has to offer, which is a lot! Housekeeping is provided twice a week
