Beautiful Beach House

Two floor house located in Villa Argentina (Atlantida). Behind the coastal street ("Rambla"); five minutes walking distance to beach, perfect for swimming and with children. On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as the living, dining room and the kitchen. The water can be seen from kitchen and living on the ground floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms and another bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. The master bedroom has a beautiful view on the beach and water. There are air conditioning units in all rooms except bathrooms. The house has all safety to ensure a tranquil stay. Windows on the upper floor are protected with bars. The house is connected to an alarm system with response unit. Living room: Sofa bed, TV Dining room: table and chairs Kitchen: granite stone, electric oven (Hyundai) and gas cooker, Samsung refrigerator Bathroom ground floor: washbasin with wood furniture, toilet, shower Master bedroom: double bed, night cabinet, wardrobe Second bedroom: bunk, night cabinet, wardrobe Bathroom first floor: washbasin with glass furniture, toilet, shower, washing machine (James) Outside: barbecue, plastic table and four plastic chairs Atlantida is a major tourist town with all necessary amenities. There are two supermarkets and the house is about a fifteen minutes walk from the best one ("Tienda Inglesa"), catering international varieties. Distances: 15 km to Montevideo airport 20 km to the outskirts of Montevideo (Carrasco) 45 km to Montevideo center (old town) Late check-in (after 8pm) or early check-out (before 8am) may incur additional costs; they must be inquired and confirmed. Late check-out after 10am is subject to availability and can be confirmed only some days before. Guest pays utilities (water and electricity) at check-out. House is equipped with DirectTV prepaid satellite TV. Guest pays recharge. Towels and sheets are not provided. They can be rented at a cost of US$15/person. A security deposit of US$500 is required.
