This villa is serenely tucked away in a tranquil setting, yet it's a short walk to everything that Aruba has to offer from beach, restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife and more. This villa can graciously accommodate 8 guests. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests if you use the pull out sofa bed in the 2nd living room. There are 2 masters and the other bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Bedroom #1 - Master bedroom (1) king size bed Bedroom #2 - (1) queen size bed Bedroom #3 - (2) twin beds Bedroom #4 - 2nd Master bedroom (1) queen. *** The 4th bedroom/bath is located in its own suite/studio apartment with an additional full kitchen, living room. There is an additional full size sofa bed in the living room. From the studio kitchen you can enter into the main home as well as it has its own private entrance. The main kitchen was remodeled in May 2021 with a modern galley style kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. The 2nd kitchen was built in Nov. 2019. All bathrooms in the main house were updated in April 2021. The outdoor space is private and peaceful with natural gardens and plenty of space to relax. There is a large canopy/porch area with a gas grill, outdoor seating area and patio couches. The yard is sun drenched with a kidney shaped inground pool and outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. Leave your worries at home - linens, towels and beach necessitates are all provided. When you arrive, the property manager will meet you at Paradise Palms to provide you a house tour, keys and is available to answer any questions !!
