Very nice quiet place, home away from home. My place is homely and we are in a neighborhood that lives like a small community. Friendly neighbors... you don’t have to engage them though if you don’t feel like 😀! We have a very spacious room for you that will provide you comfort away from home! You will be free in our home to use our kitchen if you like fixing hot food, we also have washer and dryer available if you want to do quick laundry. This can be done on a weekly basis to help with water conservation. Main living room and backyard available if you like chilling abit before going to bed. I live within the house and I am mostly available Incase you need help with anything. We are 3 minutes away from New Bucee’s, two minutes away from I-75, 12 minutes away from Mckinney, two minutes away from 121, Sherman highway. 15 minutes away from Baylor in Mckinney, 30 minutes away from Texoma Medical health center In Denison, TX. .... 12 miles away from Allen Premium Outlets, 6.5 miles away from our wonderful Historic Downtown Mckinney Tx, 40 milestone away from Dallas zoo, 37 miles away from Dallas downtown, Dallas Farmers market and museum arts, 42 miles away from Lake Texoma and many other wonderful places. We have two parking spots on the driveway, two on the side on the street and a larger parking area about three houses away from the house at a school parking lot that we are allowed to park at.
