Cute House with nature fix and swimming pool

The guesthouse with stable WIFI is located in the small scaled bungalowpark with fruits and coffee called Villas vista Masaya with a splendid view at the lake Masaya. The four persons bungalow is suitable for a longer stay. The house has two bedrooms. It is quiet and climate is nice. There is a swimming pool and trails. The distance to the paved road is 2 1/2 km, where the city Masatepe begins. You find here a daily market and supermarket and buses are leaving to the touristic attractions. The guest house is comfortable with two bedrooms with individual beds each and closets. There is one bathroom with a warm shower and a separate toilet. Laundry is here and the beds are arranged for your arrival. For using the swimming pool there is an extra towel. When needed, you can give us the laundry and we give you clean sheets and towels. The windows have protection, so you can open them and a fresh breeze will enter your room. In the living room you find a fully equipped kitchen and a four pits gas stove. In front of the house there is a roofed terrace with a hammock and of course you can put here your rocking chairs. Al the wooden parts in the house have been made by local entrepreneurs and of course quality was a must. The house is located in a remote area. WIFI signal is good. If you want more signal you can also buy a prepaid simcard for your cell phone. Tigo and Claro can be used. There is a swimming pool of 4 by 9 meters and a depth of 0.80 meter to 1.60 meter. Only guests of the park can make use of the swimming pool. Diving is forbidden and being on the park is on your own risk. Besides staying in the casa Chocoyo you can walk the trails, where you can see the coffee, the different fruit trees, the trees for wood and the different palm trees. The big guanacastetrees serve as shadow for the coffee. And of course you, as guests you may pick the fruits from the trees. All these trees and flowers attracts birds, butterflies and other animals. You will find other houses where other guests can be. There are guards at night and it is a safe and quiet place. I am Nel and I am from The Netherlands. It is quiet here and it is a beautiful area of nature. Villas vista Masaya is situated a one and a half kilometer on the north side of Masatepe, one of the Pueblos Blancos, well known for the handicraft , the beautiful views and the nature. People were living in the community Nimboja before the Spain discovery and Nimboja means the road to water. Everybody knows each other here. Walking on this road through the comunidad the people will greet you "adios", and if possible willing to talk with you. There is a local basic school, with we like to support. It is an hour drive from the airport in your hired car or with a taxi. The costs are around a USD 40. We can pick you up in front of the catholic church at the central park of Masatepe, because our park is like a hidden place a 2 1/2 km. north of Masatepe. If you are lucky a motortaxi (tuctuc) can pick you up when you are walking to Masatepe, but you can also call a motortaxi. Phone numbers you can find in an information map in your bungalow. From the central park of Masatepe microbuses are going to Managua, Masaya and with a stop over to Granada and the rest of the country. It is possible to do day-tours to almost all the tourist atractions. If you want a taxi, you will find his number in the information map in your bungalow. The last one and a half kilometers until the park is an unpaved road with holes. That is why we recommend a high car. We recommend you to use light when leaving your bungalow when evening is starting. Please lock your bungalow when leaving and put valuable belongings inside. The owners are not responsible for your safety and the lost of your personal belongings, but of course they are doing everything within their possibilities to avoid any inconvenience.
