Chateau Mar Vista is a vacation property for a family/group size up to 14 people. The Casa is located in an upscale community of Playa Hermosa on the Gulf of Papagayo, five minutes north of the little town of Coco and 15 minutes from Liberia International Airport. This beautiful house sits on top of one of the highest points in Playa Hermosa, the panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters of the nearby Gulf of Papagayo are incredibly dramatic. It is a perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception. Chateau Mar Vista is comprised of a main casa and a smaller casita totaling approximately 10,000 square feet of living space. This property in total offers 6 suites (Four in the main casa, two in the casita) that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each suite offers bathroom facilities, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and outstanding views. The main casa, in addition to its Four bedroom suites, features a gourmet kitchen with black granite countertops and high quality appliances; great balconies with comfortable conversational seating areas; a dark blue infinity pool accessed from the lower level; a BBQ area; and a comfortable interior TV, living and dining area featuring large windows that embrace the amazing panoramic ocean views. Special note must also be made of the Casa's master bedroom: it is literally fit for a king with an amazing, huge master bath and inviting! The Casita, in addition to its two suites, has its own kitchen and living/TV areas perfect for the younger set. Housekeeping is automatically included at Chateau Marvista. Additionally, transportation, adventure, and food catering packages are also available upon request to make your stay as hassle free and exciting as possible. And, at all times, our local representative and house manger Norvin will be at your service to facilitate your stay in any way you choose!
