Enjoy one of Michigan's finest all-sports lakes! Included at no extra charge (by adult reservation) is the use of our 14' aluminum fishing boat w/outboard motor & plenty of gas, standup paddleboards, kayaks and bicycles. (Note: this is just 1 of about 5-10 "Bear Lake"s in the state of Michigan; ours is the largest one, located in Manistee County, Bear Lake/Pleasanton Townships, south of Traverse City and north of Manistee, on U.S. 31.) Older 4-bedroom/3-bathroom home. Main Floor: Full kitchen, separate dining room, living room (with 2 queen sleeper/sofas), bedroom (with queen bed) 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom. 2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms and a sleeping area (with 3 full beds and 1 single bed) and a half bathroom. Located in a residential neighborhood only one block from Bear Lake beach/park/ playground/boat launch/shops. Only about a block to following conveniences: church, library, historical museum, post office, bank, cafe, beauty shop, gas station/convenience store, and other establishments. During our prime summer season (mid-June thru mid-August), we rent our house as a vacation property only by the week, Saturday to Saturday. The rest of the year has only a 3-night minimum (which still differentiates us from motels/hotels, which normally don't have such minimums). Discounts: We offer weekly and monthly discounts, as well as discounts to returning guests who have treated our home with care. The weekly and monthly discounts are automatically calculated and deducted by Vrbo when you enter your desired dates of stay. CORONAVIRUS NOTE: Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, we are offering a 100% hassle-free refund if you have to cancel your reservation (which alot of hosts don't offer). We feel working together and being flexible is the best way to get through this with the least amount of stress. (For example, we personally had to jump through a bunch of hoops to cancel an AirBnB reservation of our own due to coronavirus issues, and only got a partial refund after all the effort. Very frustrating! Don't want any of our guests to go through that!) We're also doing a thorough disinfecting of all surfaces between rentals.
