Ideal for couples, business travelers and Trinidadians who lived abroad for many years and are visiting with their family. It provides visitors and vacationers with a private upstairs 2 bedroom apartment, which covers the entire floor along with two secure balconies. Please note that the base price is for the living area and master bedroom. The second bedroom requires an additional cost. Typically this cost is automatically calculated with a guest count over 2 guest. For bookings where 2 guest want separate bedrooms this would need to be indicated in advance, since normally the 2 nd bedroom is locked and no linen is supplied when there is 1 or 2 guest. The apartment is modern with an open floor plan, high ceilings offering a view from most rooms. On entering you will know you are on vacation. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We are also requiring at least 7 days advance notice to allow adequate prep time. The entire apartment is available to our guest, with the exception of enclosed storage areas. Assistance is just a phone call away. The neighborhood is upscale and offers unobstructed panoramic views. The homes are unique, creative and display pride of ownership. It reflects south living at it's best. Located between San Fernando and Marabella; both towns can be reached within a 10 minute drive. The apartment has one (1) assigned parking space which can be accessed from an electronic gate.
