The house is very cozy, cottage style, with modern amenities.The view is priceless,from the hill you have sunset all year around and very nice vegetation.The beach is less than 5 minutes walk,and two minutes by car. I can also get a maide, by day or, she can stay and sleep in ,staying at home for US 40 a day. She cook amazing and is so nice !!! Tranquility A lot, im always on top of everything . Tranquility , relax, a wonderfull view , lush vegetation, beatiful places to walk and great restaurand to eat. A pinturesque town with very fiendly people. Travel info, for Zapallar Useful Data Restaurants: Cesar, to the beach (there are only one beach At Zapallar) Good food, nice view, good atmosphere. If you walk from Cesar, to the left, there is a very nice way, which leads to the fisherman's Cove, you can buy fresh fish . Beside the Cove is “ CHIRINGUITO” another great restaurant, the terrace is very pleasant, and the beautiful view day and night is very attractive to go. PUNTAMAI RESTAURANT This is in Maitencillo, another tiny town that is worth visiting, walk across the beach. This restauraurant serves delicious seafood. Ask for razor CLAMS with Parmesan cheese, to die for. Machas la Parmesana call in Spanish . There are many others, but I like this in particular. In Cachagua, another village, less than 10 minutes by car, you will find “LOS COIRONES” Restaurant on the same beach. Very good . It is worthwhile, to make a road, bordering the sea from the beach of cachagua (arriving at the beach on the right) It is very impressive to walk that path, along the sea and watch the sunset from there. And try to reach the “LAS CUJAS” beach one of the most beautiful I've seen, very tiny full of charming. From the beach of Zapallar, also on the right, walk the coastal road, where you will see very nice houses and the view es SUPERB !! To buy things to eat, I advise, buy at “ EL LIDER” ,before you reach Zapallar, there is a store of things from home, and next that store is EL LIDER a very assorted supermarket, and more cheep , than zapallar stores, where everything is more expensive. There a pharmacies and a café, which has a delicious CAPPUCCINO. In Laguna Town , there are ice cream delicious , ask for LUCUMA one. Also there are several places to buy fruits and fresh vegetables chilean-style, in a very picturesque places. Viña del Mar , Valparaiso and hills. Declared heritage of humanity by Unesco, is the port of Valparaíso, less than 1 hour from ZAPALLAR by auto. (depends of the traffic) Explore the hills, Concepción, cerro Alegre. https:www.
