Convenient Studio Loft

This rustic listing is a small, quiet loft efficiency with a bathroom (walk-in shower) over a double car garage (that we don’t use) . It has a small refrigerator and convection oven. This is walking distance to a bus line to NIH, Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks, and the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro. Private driveway. Use the address of Hank Dietle’s at a reference point for distance to various locations. This studio is three houses away. Also, the ceiling height is limited at the edges of the room. It’s a small space but just as big as a hotel room. There is a double bed with a trundle double bed underneath. There are two bikes for guest use, if requested. The space sits over a double car garage that we do not park in tucked into a very quiet neighborhood with no street lights. You can see the stars at night but you are literally a two minute walk from the bus line. Large unfenced yard. Pack and play available if needed. We live on the property but will not interact with the guest unless needed or wanted to by the guests. You typically won’t see us at all. Bike. Bus. Metro. Walk. The studio is in a quiet neighborhood and might be a little weird to walk to very late at night because of how dark it is back here. I suggest taking an Uber home if it is very late at night. Our neighborhood doesn’t have street lights so it’s pretty dark back here. We have motion detection flood lights in the yard.
