Townhouse #7 Monte Valle Villas is a fairly new Townhouse located in Piarco Trinidad 3 minutes (driving) away from the Piarco International Airport. It is walking distance to a 24hr Quick-shop and Piarco Plaza. 5 minutes drive to Trincity Mall This space is clean, private and safe. The compound has 9 Townhouses which most are owned not rented but the neighbors are friendly, professional and keep to themselves. There are two parking positions at the carpark in the back that is numbered (7 on perimeter wall). Each unit has two spots designated for parking. There is a washer and dryer located in the apartment. A half bathroom located downstairs and each bedroom upstairs has en-suite bathroom. There are fresh towels and bedsheets located in teak cupboards between both bedrooms. Guests have access to the entire house except the attic, Guests can open the patio door however little or no noise in this area as the neighbors may be able to hear you on the outside! This patio is also a no smoking area and monitored by outdoor cameras.
