This is a perfect place if you want to enjoy all of SXM. You are at less then 5 minutes walking from Little bay with its beach chairs, restaurants, bars, supermarket and Fort Amsterdam. It is also at 10 minutes walking from Philipsburg with restaurants, bars, casinos and the beach. This apartment has everything you are looking for during your vacation. The Living room has the perfect lounge area with flatscreen tv and there is a full kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster etc) for you to prepare your meals. The beautiful deck is the perfect space to wind down and enjoy the views. On the first floor the bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet as well. On top of all of this the complex has a gorgeous pool which is rarely used by the other apartment (shared with 1 other apartment). The complex is gated and there is a parking space right in front of your apartment. We will be there upon arrival and will always be reachable by phone, (Hidden by Airbnb) and email. Little Bay is a quiet neighborhood just around the corner of all action you might be looking for. Super close to Philipsburg with its shops, casinos, restaurants and 2 minutes walking distance away from Divi Little Bay resort where you will have access to the beach. There are so many things to do in less than a 5 minute walk or drive. Of course you can rent a car (smallest are at about 25/35$ a day) as there are so many places to visit at both sides of the island. Numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, activities, marinas with ferries to other islands are close to home. There are shops, spa's, a golf course, marinas with ferries to other islands, water sports and a movie theater. The capitols Philipsburg on the Dutch side and Marigot on the French side offer duty free shopping and local markets. Visit Pinel Island for a great day on the beach or go to Grand Case for a French dining experience. One of the things St Maarten is famous for is the sight of the planes landing on Juliana airport. Just past the airport you will find the famous Sunset Beach Bar and Driftwood bar where the planes practically land on your head. The tv in this apartment has a ROKU box with a Netflix account.
