It is close to Perequê and the Villa Histórica de Mambucaba, 5-10 minutes drive for your groceries shopping, pharmacy, ATMs, petrol station etc. The house was built using native stones and Brazilian wood integrated within the Atlantic Forest ecosystem, 3 minutes from the private beach of the residencial/condominium Porto Barlavento, Praia Vermelha de Mambucaba. The house has a large balcony, 10 meters long where you can have meals or relax using the hammock provided and contemplate the Baia de Angra dos Reis. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 double ensuite, another double room and an extra room with bunkbeds that accommodates up to 5 people. You will have exclusive access to the entire house and the communal areas inside the private residential (the condominium); the waterfall, the private beach, beach volleyball area, kids playground area, a tennis court, the marina and bondinho (cableway). The condominium has 24/7 onsite security and technical assistance on demand. I am always available over the phone. The neighbourhood is lovely, respectful and sociable. The locals are also very friendly and can always point you the right direction and give you tips for all kinds of adventure that you may have in mind. The place is located about 5 to 10 minutes from Perequê by car, about 40 minutes drive from Angra town and about 3 hours from Rio's capital. No smoke allowed inside the house, there is no supermarket in the condominium/residencial but you can always drive to the Pereque town (4km) for shopping and restaurants.
